Mediation

Mediation is a process in which a neutral third party (mediator) helps the parties involved communicate with one another in an attempt to reach an agreement that is acceptable to everyone. The Toolkit Project serves as a neutral third party to help participants avoid lengthy, expensive and public legal battles through mediation. Mediation is confidential and flexible.
