Section 504
The Toolkit Project serves as an advocate for students with disabilities. We provide support services to elementary, middle and high schools that include Section 504 Plan development and compliance. We also provide advocate services to parents who need assistance with ensuring their child is receiving the necessary support at school and home.
Professional Development Workshops
The Toolkit Project offers an array of professional development workshops tailored to meet the needs of licensed mental health clinicians and certified educators. Continuing Education Units are available. Click on the presentation link to view offered workshops.
School Counseling Development
The Toolkit Project offers services to private, public and charter schools in need of assistance developing a School Counseling Program that is aligned with the American School Counselor Association (ASCA) model. Program development includes school-based mental health services, social services, academic assistance, crisis management and substance abuse prevention services.
Novice Teacher Support
The Toolkit Project provides schools with developmental support for novice teachers in the areas of social and emotional care, low/high-intensity support strategies, lesson planning, effective communication, FERPA compliance, and cognitive coaching.
Consultative Solutions
The Toolkit Project offers flexible ways to address the varying needs of schools and organizations we support through solution- focused, evidenced-based professional development. Trainings and workshops range from one-day (or less) to comprehensive consultative programs lasting up to one year.
